Let it not be forgotten Donny Rovers played their part

Besides, why dont Swansea and Cardiff play in their own Welsh league?

Genuine question by the way considering Rangers and Celtic would like to join the Premiership, whats the difference?

There are a fair few Tangerines post on here

Heady days for us as the smallest side ever to make the Play Offs Holloway should walk the Manager of the Year Award for what he has achieved this year

Suspect we will struggle v Forest if i'm being honest however we are the only side to take 6 points off them this year so bring it on

Come on the Pool

Hi Tangerineman and all

Didn't know there were other immigrants from Blackpool here! We moved out at the end of January and live in Karsiyaka. Where do you all hang out? I'm not an ardent Seasiders follower (or any other team for that matter) but always check to see how they are doing and am pleased they've done so well this year

Forest would rather have played swansea they will not fancy our lumpy bumpy pitch, little old Blackpool have a great chance no pressure after all we were favourites for relegation

We have quality and guts and the most charismatic manager and nutter outside of the prem, Come on the Pool

Hi Tangerineman

Would be good to see you in August. Yes, we do know Derek Booth! His wife Avril; is my wife (Angela's) best friend and hopefully they are bothing coming out to visit us later in the year. How do you know Derek? Had he mentioned to you that he had some friends who had just moved here to live? Isn't it a small world!

I'm a coach at Poulton Youth where Derek is Sec

BFs lad plays for one of the teams I manage

I give Derek lifts to and from our meetings

He told me he had friends who had moved to TRNC in jan so I thought there was a chance it was you

Now BF has got his ticket for Forest away he's coming with me next Tues

I have an apart near Sempati and villa near Escape whilst he has an apart behind Flippers

We will give u a shout in August and in the meantime give the boys a shout on Sat and Tues

There's loads of Fylde Coast folk with properties

I reckon I know 20 plus

Hi Tim

It really is a small world isn't it! Give our regards to Derek (and Avril); we shall be emailing them shortly with an update and pix so will mention we have communicated. By all means give us a shout when you come out in August. Rather than publish personal info for all the world to see, if you ask Derek for our email address and TRNC telephone number, we can communicate directly.

We were at the Sempati last night for a Quiz evening and had an excellent BBQ lunch there last Sunday. As much as you can eat for only 17TL plus music and karaoke! I think they are planning to run them every fortnight throughout the season. I also have friends (acquaintances) who have holiday villas on Escape 1 but although I know where it is, I haven't been up to look at them yet ... must do so shortly.

Meanwhile, I shall follow the Tangerines exploits eagerly over the next few weeks and hope they make it to the prem.

Regards,

Peter

Thanks for your support Clarets

I listen to the BFC match commentary every game. Would be great to watch them live in the Premiership every week!

Ian Holloway and the lads have done a great job as well as Simon Grayson and Tony Parkes before him.

Come on you Pool!!! - its only worth nearly 90M GBP - probably the biggest prize in sport

Watched match today and we deserved the win, now all i need is for Fleetwood town to win their play off's for the conference league, and for Wigan to turn over Chelsea and i will then acknowledge there really is a God.

Am i dreaming Little old Blackpool went to Forest and out passed and out fought them in their own backyard. We were simply awesome and deserved to win, some forest fans applauded our boys off the pitch which was a nice touch.

Lovely ground and a cracking pitch

Cheers Blackpoolfan, alot of Forest fans like myself grew up watching football being played like it should be played and so can appreciate when we have been second best. I followed them all through the glory years under Mr Clough so know very well what the so called underdog can acheive.

Good luck at Wembley.

Must admit those names dont ring a bell with me

I'm early 40s so not sure whether you are going back into 70s - that would be before my time

Hope you enjoy the game If its anything like Forest away you are in for a treat

Weather is meant to be splendid so shorts and shades could be out

I'll be in the Prince of Wales near Victoria early doors as its owned by a Pool fan as he's laying on brekkie
