We were looking for younger players but this is now not going to happen but we are still on the lookout for the older group. Bass and lead guitars please but you mush have all the gear and transport.

With all the digitised, computer generated 'music' around nowadays, how many young people can be arsed to pick up and learn guitar - or any other instrument for that matter?



Good luck to them - the next generation will be even more 'tone deaf' than this present one!

Some but not many. But over here, there are a lot of people who have all the gear but for some reason cant be bothered. Music can and should be fun and this is what I am trying to put together. There is no better feeling than hearing a good sound and knowing you are part of it.

The trouble is mate too many old hasbeens think they rule the roost because they play bass. There must be some younger players? Or are there???????????????

If any guitar players out there have a guitar suitable for beginners they would be willing to sell, my 10 year old is desperate to start lessons, have a teacher ready just need the guitar, but don't really want to pay for a new one in case he changes his mind in a couple of months.
