I don't know if this is being a bit cheeky - but is there the equivalent of this forum for mainland Turkey?

The reason for this is that my daughters family is coming over from New Zealand in July and we would like to go away to sun shine for a week - and apparently the Kiwis have some affinity with Turkey.

Kiwis don't do all inclusive, or concrete jungles...???

So, does anyone know of a villa in a quiet location, with not a long transfer time from an airport, that will accommodate Grandad and nanny, daughter and husband, and three grand children aged 5 4 and 2

NZ's like Turkey as Kiwi passport holders are exempt visa entry fees! Find a villa near to Canakkale (Gallipoli) and Troy. Try googling places near these places for rent.

The NZ link goes back to April 25th 1915, ie Gallipoli Day.

The Turks respect the fighting men from the ANZAC's because of their similar fighting spirit and they always stand side by side in rememberance of the losses on that fateful campaign. I am sure your family will want to go to the beaches and memorials there.
