It has been suggested that between 6 & 8 hours is sufficient. Anything more or less than this can lead to an early grave. How long do you sleep for?

Bill The report also said that those sleeping less then 6 hours tend to suffer from ideas of grandeur. Which Party leader stayed up all last night visiting night workers?! Richard

I go out like a light every night, I also wake up like a light at 6.30am every morning, even if I am in a different time zone! When I go to NC the first morning I am sat on the terrace at 6.30am even though it is only 4.30am in the UK. I wish I could sleep longer, it doesn't matter what time I go to bed.

Well I s'pose it depends on a couple of things. Where I am, and how much wine has been consumed. Here in the UK...I am awake early....in North Cyprus because of the relaxed lifestyle you have over there, I can sleep in later. Oh and sometimes it's because of Alis measures at the bar!

Sleep would be nice but the bloody goat farmers dogs bark all night and just as they shut up the wailing tower starts then the donkey starts making a noise, followed by the birds. Then to finish off a good nights no sleep they start mixing cement and banging next door building a pool. To think I moved here fo the quite life!! So answer to the question = about 1 hour!!
