Basheer, being an asthma sufferer, I found that interesting and googled donkeys milk and found it had many uses in helping different ailments. Also, its the closest to woman's milk. Do not know if it is sold here but will try to find out. Regards, Mrs Snakes

here's one of them The benefits of donkey milk? by admin — last modified Sep 30, 2008 11:48 PM — filed under: longevity, ageing, milk, aging Maria Esther de Capovilla, the world’s oldest woman, died recently aged 116. Her relatives have claimed the key to her longevity is donkey milk. In her youth, Maria would drink milk from the donkeys at her aunt’s farm in Ecuador. They also said she ate regular small meals, only ever drank in moderation, and never smoked. (HFG suggests that the latter probably had more to do with her longevity than the donkey milk!)

another,,KARIMNAGAR: Consumption of donkey milk has gone up in the town thanks to incidence of viral fevers and flu-like symptoms--asthma, running nose and cough. Hitherto it has been a practice in rural households as people here consume donkey milk to get relief from fever and cold during winter and rainy seasons. Now it has spread to Karimnagar as well. No wonder, donkey owners are roaming in the streets selling the milk claiming that it has medicinal values to cure cough and asthma. It is being sold at Rs 10 per bottle of 10 ml. Each owner is earning on an average Rs 300 by selling the milk. “Earlier I used to eke out a living as a shepherd. Following drought, now, I have switched to this business,’’ said Ravula Ellaiah who migrated to Karimnagar from Pothuganti village of Mustabad mandal. According to him, another six families familiar to him migrated to various towns and are making a living by selling the milk. Speaking to Express, 80-year-old Manemma said, “Though it i

we shifting, it's donkey's milk because of it's help towards asthma, I've tried goat's milk as a substitute but still feel why hardly anyone sells donkeys milk when now i see the US are moving towards that market, in italy they have donkeys now serving those with asthma and other ailments ,maybe the reason they don't specialise in that milk is because it has to be taken immediately rather then later or something to that effect it will help to know where us asthma sufferers can try out for ourselves and see if it helps alittle. So if you see a donkey in the street with it's owner, have a chat and see if one of his donkeys will do us the honour,I shall do a little research when next in NC and let you know what is available cheers
