Yes well done to the Express, it was a very touching article, and no the Turks were not the sinners, they only protected their own people.

I agree Paul, this is just what needs to be out in the public domain

Alaex Higgins has just announced that a greek syndicate was behind a snooker bribery scam many years ago.

At least the Greeks are consistent, never to be trusted!!!

That was taken on Rememberance when we went across to Waynes Keep. I met this lady and took some pix of her and heard her story. What a lovely lady she was.

Great story Paul,

Thats 2 different papers with strong mentions to Northern Cyprus, are we starting to see a concerted effort by the British Press to at last see equality?

Well done mate for highlighting this article. A very touching, very true story. I feel no British Soldier should be layed to rest in a place where their family or friends cannot pay the proper respect. As a British citizens we should be ashamed.

Thanks for listing that article. It's interesting to me as I'm ex forces and I have a very good friend who was in the Tigers (Leicestershire Regt) and he did his national service in Cyprus during the 'troubles'. I am going to forward the link to him and I know he'll appreciate it. He lost a couple of mates whilst there.
