Coming to TRNC in April for 11 weeks. Renting a villa in Ozankoy. Anyone any info on the area? Plan to hire a car, does anyone know of any companies that do good deals on long term hire. Would it be best to wait till we get there and shop around or book online?

My top suggestion for a great deal on a Cyprus rental car is http://www.cyprus-car.com . (Note: .com, different from firm suggested in post above). Three good reasons I like this firm:

1. Good, reliable hire cars delivered anywhere in Cyprus, with a full tank of petrol

2. Lots of extras included in the price, such as children's car seats and 2nd driver free

3. 20% discount for booking online!!!



I suggest you email them for a special deal for 3 months car rental in North Cyprus. They've never let me down so far, and have helped out with one or two unusual rental requests in the past. Give them a try!
