Dongle advise needed please

Hye

I am "computer illiterate" and need some advise re dongles. Absolutely fed up with current ISP as Skype now very unreliable with it (so too is 12voip) wheras it used to be fine. I really need Skype to be on and for family to be able to contact me ,via Skype In number, due to illness within family in UK. My Qs are;

I am just off main Girne to Catalkoy road (near Catalkoy Lemar) - would Turkcell or Telsim provide best signal ?

Can family still call me on my Skype In number with dongle/3G ?

If i set up spare lap top just to use it for for Dongle/Skype (and 12voip if needed) how much would it cost ? I know that you pay for the dongle seperate but that is all i know !!!!

Do you have to top it up every month even if you haven't used your allowance ?

How do you top it up ?

What you do with your current provider is exactly what happens with a switched on dongle

You have a gig allowance and it depends what else you do with your computer

I purchased a dongle in the UK, just to save a few bob, I bought a 1GB from telsim, and it has lasted me 3 weeks so far. I have spoken to my family in the UK and checked e mails and latest on election news and still have plety to spare, so maybe this will be ok for you. the cost was 25 lira for the 1GB, I took my laptop to the shop and they set it up or me, very helpful people.
