No this is not Gary Setterfield.

This guy made it to the last 100 finalist out of 30.000 in 2002 in the UK



He is very good does shows all over the world.

Thank you for your comment. We have got a new chef and have made some additions to the menu, the feedback on the new dishes has been very good so far, maybe the feedback that you have heard was about the previous dishes? We would be delighted if you could come, try out our New menu and let us know what you think about it yourself.

Have been to Lacem since the changes and the food was very good. The saxophone player and the disco excellent. I have been twice and had a fabulous time on both occassions. Its good to see people trying something different, and after speaking to the management, they do want all comments good or bad, so that they can get it right. Just try it I dont think you will be disappointed.

i stopped going to Lacem when I heard all tips were not going to the waiters but for the owner to pay for the building of the place if this is still so I will not go back .

The previous management yes kept tips! also when told steak was tough and overcooked,i was given a watered down brandy on the house.However gave it another go and was even worse!

Just to clear up the matter;



Yes ticket prices are 30tl and 50tl



For 30tl



Would include a free drink (beer or a glass of wine) and on each of the bistro tables we would have a variety of mezzes for people to enjoy, the evening would have a full program starting from 7:00 pm



Our 50tl tickets include a sit down table again with mezzes and a free drink (beer or a glass of wine).



The prices are quite reasonable considering the fact the entertainment shall be on from 7 until 1am (with a variety of shows)

-DJ

With regards to the tips, we believe that when the waiters receive the tips, they provide a better service, and this is what we want to provide our customers with.



The tips that you are leaving are split between the waiters and the kitchen, that provide you with the good food.

We have Sunday lunch that includes the following:



Starter:

Chicken soup or Lacem special pastry



Main:

Chicken or Beef roast



Desert:

Apple pie with custard or Apple pie with ice-cream



Brandy or coffee is complementary



Including all the above it is ONLY 20 TL per person.

The dishes that have got a sign saying: 'Yeni/ New' are the specialities of our new chef, and are worth giving them a try.

A quick note:

There are only 12 tickets left for the inside table reservations and there are none left for the outside bistro.



Also don't forget to pop in tonight, as we have got live music: Ebru singing all the famous english songs, accompanied by guitar and a saxophone.
