New at the Black Olive Studio, Alsancak starts May 19th,

Do you have back, and joint (hip, knee, shoulder) aches and pains?

Do you lack flexibility?

Do you regularly see a chiropractor or osteopath?

Do you not exercise because of the above, but would like the incentive to do so?

If you don’t have problems, but would like to maximise your physical capabilities, protect against future accidents and dysfunction, and increase your energy levels.

If ANY of these apply to you, or someone you know, can you spare 30-40 minutes, 2/3 times a week?

Using methods and techniques derived from over 20 years of functional anatomy research, this new class, ‘Flex-ability,’ will restore lost function by reintroducing the right amount, and right kinds, of movement.

There will be two introductory classes Wed 19th, 10am, and Fri 21st, 9.40am, you only need attend one.

The following week (dependent on numbers) classes will be Mon, 9.40am, Wed, 10am and Fri, 9.40am.

The cost

Message 3 - Jaybee - there are 2 men coming on monday if your ex wants to attend, and doesn't want to feel uncomfortable if it's all women. Please ask him to call/text and book in though.

No, Doyen, it's not Yoga.
