Well nearly !!! TRNC Healthcare 'Womens Health week' will finish on Tuesday with the last of the ladies being seen on that day. Apologies to the ladies who couldn't take advantage of the discount. It is fully booked now for Monday and Tuesday.

Approx 150 ladies will have been seen in the 7 days. Maybe next year it will be 200.

Thanks to Liz, Cathy and Angela for all their help and support. It couldn't have been done without you.

Hi Chris

Thanks for all your efforts I did go but have to say I bottled out of the smear test felt so ill and was shaking like a leaf and could not proceed. Promised Liz I will go to my GP in UK next week with my daughter to hold my hand. Managed the mammogram and bone density both fine. Amazing hospital and fantastic staff. Time now for you to relax and have that bottle of wine - godbless and thanks to you all

Hi Spider,

I certainly have never heard of anyone having an anaesthetic to have a smear, but that not to say it doesn't happen.

It is done every year here Maria so you should have went this time. tut tut.

Chris

p.s. Smear was on special offer at 60tl, see what you missed. (normally 80tl) and throw throw in an ultrasound for good measure.
