They are the best, but not seen them in the north. They are available on the dark side Carrefour normally have them.

Ah, you're talking about the good, old 'Maori Potatoe' (Kumera) - they were brought from the Polynesian islands when the Maoris first settled New Zealand. I understand the Israelis grow large quantities.



Cook them in the roasting pan with the joint!



I looked for them in Orphanides yesterday - but saw none.



Tried planting a coupla three back during winter - they'd been in the fridge some time, so that's maybe why they didn't come up - will try again, though!

Bought them fairly recently in Ilelli in Alsancak.
