| Just lately there as been quite a lot of chat on here about how the UK is going to the dogs.
With the so called saviour Cameron being given temperary care of the place,would it be a good time to bring back capital punishment.Allow the police to police and clear the streets of scum and thugs, so that we can walk safely after dark.Allow teachers to punish kids that become unruly and cause classroom unrest.
I would love to see this given to the public to vote on. |

I think that we all know how such a vote would go, certainly the political classes do and that is why it won't go to a vote.
I will admit that for that I am grateful that our politicians are representatives not delegates.

| The EU would not allow the return of capital punishment.
A couple of weeks ago we were told that even smacking should be banned altogether, so what hope is there of discipline in schools? |

| Teatime, with DNA and all the new technology it should be easier. For the likes of Sutcliffe, West, the Dr that killed alot of his patients - serial killers, etc, where there is no doubt, why should we pay to keep them in luxury? |
