hi all
flying to trnc next week for the first time staying at the acapulco hotel
can anyone recommend a good restaurant , a car hire company and a safe
chicken ranch.

hi dirty harry,if you look back on previous postings regarding restaurants you will find many recommendations.as too car hire companys i can recommend
pacific car rental,used them in march and they were very good,but there again
so many too chose from.re chicken ranch would that be free range or battery
farmed,dont know about safe as chickens,can be spitefull.

We use a lady that gets great deals on car hire, her name is Chrys and she can be contacted on chryscyprus@yahoo.co.uk .

car hire ,i think you will find the beyaz family car hire very reasonable
and they have great cars. restaurants its got to be emines in vadili its a family run buisness. as for chickens tuzla is your place,thats in famagusta ,just
opposite the army base.

Hi Dirty Harry
There aren't that many restaurants close to the Alcapocco resort so you definitely need a car. Travelling towards Girne/Kyrenia (turn right from the main gates) there are quite a few on the main road. Turning left at the gates the nearest to the resort is Green Valley, I haven't eaten there for a long time so can't comment on the standard of food but it is within walking distance. Further on is Alagadi where there are a number of fish restaurants.
