There will be one available from the Turtle stall at The Carpenters Market next Friday... Pat & John Creasey will be there selling all sorts of Turtle related goodies... We've got a lot of new stock items that make great presents for taking back to the UK too....

I should have called the DVD 'Turtle-Neck Sweaters'

The profit (from the 10YTL) goes to the 'Society for the Protection of Turtles'...

Does anyone else want one?

I can burn more and get them to Pat & John for collection from The Carpenters.

Or they can be collected from me at Supreme Supermarket 4:45 Mon - Thurs or 4:15 Fridays

Where is the carpenter market is it near to the Celebrity bar in Lapta as nikki is working 7 days a week and as to rely on the dolmush? Or if anyone is passing the Celebrity maybe they could do me a big favour and drop a copy off to nikki and she will donate the money to the turtle fund.

Carpenter's is between Tempo and Bektas supermarkets in Karaoglanoglu, in the same road as the Castle Pub.

JJ it's true you can download lots of patterns from internet but that way the turtle project doesn't get a donation

Thanks Jovial john had a look and now downloading hopefully some great patterns to keep me busy especially during the winter months lol. No ~turtle marine will not get a donation from me as like many of you ive made loads of donations and bought items from Kar but no more especially when as a charity it turns animals away, all they seem to do is put a tag on them and say off you go. I totally understand that cyprus has a major problem with strays and the kennels are full but surely with all the donations given by people and left over food from the military camps these animals only need a safe sanctuary and a few staff to care for them, till new homes are found. Medical care is offered from very good local vets who are like us brits animal lovers.

What KAR has got to do with is beyond me.

As it happens I spent hours researching and downloading patterns to burn to DVD, about 3.5 gigabytes of them, so that other people could enjoy them without the need to swamp their broadband and at the same time make a small donation to a worthwhile project. The DVD is in data format enabling the individual pattern files to be viewed and used.
