i love that food creole please, where are you . jimm i think the people here love variety, i know when we did a curry night we took lots of stick but everyone loved it.the more choive the better, you can get mezzed out, chips and burgers out DO IT. If i can i would love to come xxxxxxxxx

You can get lovely big fat Tiger prawns in Bell's Food which would do as a substitute for Crawfish....

Spiny or mediterranean lobster or sea crayfish (Lat. Palinurus elephas or Fr. langouste) is not quite the same as fresh water crayfish but yes it would be a great substitute too.
