Plastic shed / outside storage cupboard

Does anyone know the best place to get a white plastic shed/cupboard made? I need something around 1 metre wide, 2 metres high and half a metre deep just to store garden tools etc.

There is a place that sells plastic sheds, its more or less opp the Atiturk Stadium, they are on the the road so you can miss them or you need to go south.

Hello ibrindley, You appear to have missed my posting about the DIY place opposite Supreme. If you take a picture or a drawing of what you require (assuming you don't speak Turkish) with dimensions, I am sure you will find them very helpful.This is what we did on Saturday and our storage box was ready for collection on Monday. They did not have any on display but soon understood what we were looking for and were only too pleased to help. We are extremely pleased with the result.

Make one yourself,its simple, the wood is cheap enough at any yapi market.

Look at plastic chairs and see how quickly they disintegrate when exposed to strong sunlight!



Why don't you get 'Ronnies Furniture' to build you one out of (Turkish) plywood - cheap enough, and way longer lasting than plastic.



The job would include painting with wood preservative and erecting on site, and if you want a concrete base, they'll organise that first.



Alternatively, you could go to 'Homebase' in the South and buy one for a 'nurth' of the price here - but you'll need two things: a roof rack and a 'friendly/sleepy/lazy' customs officer when you come back through the border!

Hi,

The one he made for us is 1.5 m x 90cm x 60cm. He wanted to charge 350TL but settled for 250 which we thought was reasonable.

For anyone who doesn't know where Supreme is, it's on the main road between Girnie and Esentepe. If you are travelling from Girne, past the new Dubai Bazaar and Lemar. Hope this helps.

Wethought it would be all plastic but it turned out to be steel framed, with sides,front and back plastic,base and lid seasoned wood chip, lid covered with roofing felt.
