If no classes are available, it could be a good business opportunity for someone. Age is no barrier for Zumba dancing.

You have to be dam fit to do this, I go the the gym 4-5 times a week I do cardio, abs and legs and had a go I was totally Knackerd afterr 30 mins ( this was in the UK at the gym I use) Im 55



A 20 min stint on the cross trainer, stepper or runner and you will feel just as good , then do some sit ups you will still be doing yourself good,

Please be carfull it looks easy but these people are really fit



If your over 40 and have not excersised regulary please consider it very carefully

Smity, They hold classes in the Gym at my place of employment. I must confess I don't attend. The Zumba gold classes and the sitting in a chair Zumba are more my style.
