| Where in NC do any of you honestly think is really good development? What was promised is there. Infrstructure is complete. As a single person I need to know that I havent got to chase contractors (unless they haven't bought their round) because the roof blew away and oh lots of other things. |

The empty 3 bed next to us.
Finished, just needs meters (no problem for our builder)
No pool but room for one if you needed one.
No builder probs.
Kocan to be finalised soon.
Good construction (by Cy standards)
No land owner issues (preventing electric/access/kocan etc).
Good neighbours, we all look out for each other.
House just needs a damn good clean and garden tidying.
Bit more than an average 3 bed, but all big rooms, huge en-suite, roof won't blow off, it's concrete.
You will get more for your money elsewhere, but these 3 beds (in Aksancak) look good.

| Grosvenor Park - Bellapais (Armacon)
Great location - all villas have been finished off to very high spec - all water and electrics connected pretty much with no issues, including sub station installed by builder. Fabulous communual pool. There are 2 left - 1 - 2 bed and 1 - 4/5 bed. Pre 74 Turkish title. |
