Hi Daver

You can order a Birthday cake from Dano bakery. They will write what you want on the cake. They have about 8 different styles to choose from, cars of different colours and Sylvester. However, the cake is HUGE and they don't make them smaller, some of the car styles can only be in a particular colour. I paid 60ytl. In saying that though, the cake would have provided at least 25 people with a decent slice......and the best bit is that it's the nicest Birthday cake I've ever tasted!!! Everyone that came to my sons party said the same. So you can be assured it's tasty. My Mum even got some friends to chip in and get another one and they split it up between them.

Ordered one day and collected the next.

Dano bakery is located after the Bellapais traffic lights just before the Karakum roundabout on the right hand side.

There's also one in upper Kyrenia.

Definitely recommend Dano, don't be tempted by ones that look good in the supermarkets, unless they are Dano, as they tend to be tasteless. We ordered one a couple of years ago from a supermarket in Alsancak and it looked great but tasted awful. Dano, on the other hand, make very tasty cakes.
