I have seen many negative postings on various boards regarding Unwins.I must say that my dealings with them have been "great". I bought in TRNC from Hong Kong after visiting the island and they not only gave me good advice on my purchase (2 penthouses in phase 2) but they have kept me updated with progress photographs on a regular basis.

My special thanks goes out to young Lyndon who helped me out in my hour of need and to whom I owe a beer.
