there is not a general problem with the system. It appears that there is a problem with your system.



Can you please contact us via phone to give your customer details(i couldnt find a customer named "rita" in karsiyaka on my database).

I didnt understand your question. you mean you have only 3 of the adult channels or you have 3 channels at total and these are adult channels ?



if you mean only 3 of the adult channels are working please bring your box into our office to get a free channel list upgrade.



if you have only 3 channels at total (including movie,sports, etc...) please call us for the details and we will arrange the technicians to visit you.

we have had a lot of freezing of late and have now lost bbc entertainment we have rang Namik and he said he is looking into it .
