Hi Simbas

Have you tried http://www.uwannago.co.uk ? We use them regularly for Manchester to Ercan.....might have something from London airports worth a try, but may not be cheap. We left it late to book for Sept and tickets pricey. Now know to book all flight for year from now on when tickets are first released...

Good luck

Hi Pat

You could do Luton to Larnaca with XL. Going out 19th July £198.99 coming back on the 31st £97.49. Those prices are inclusive of taxes etc.

What puzzles me (yes I know doesn't take much), is that tourism is reportedly at rock bottom, hotels with only 25% occupancy etc., yet flights are fully booked? I appreciate it is school holidays. So what would happen if suddenly more people wanted to visit NC for their summer holidays? How would they get to NC?

Very often the UK-Turkey part of the journey is not fully booked but the Turkey-Ercan is which means that the flight is declared full.

If the flight was direct UK-Ercan then I think there would always be some seat availability even in peak season (Whenever that is!!!!)

Hi Simbas

Been looking for flights myself for Sept and had someone suggest trying CTA from any England airport to Ercan airport as they are supposed to be quite reasonable hope this helps.

Hi Simbas,

I have been out of my mind with worry. They have found her! She was sleeping with the wolves in Wynyard Woods. All curled up when they netted her this morning.

She is safe hands now in a secure place. She loves the sparks from the electric fence, when it rains. The rain keeps the moat full as well.

Poor soul. Simbas, she is not really a "your royal highness" She cut her medals out of the back of a cornflake packet, but it makes her happy. The Lady Wyn comes from her marriage to ME.

If she gets hold of the wardens lap top, she will "draw you in" Dont give her your address.

She clings onto monied people.I was wealthy when I first met her. I would tell you the story, but it is too distressing.

Simbas, I hope you and your good man get some rest in the sunshine. Whatever the cost, stay well away from The Lady Wyn .,Get a couple of good strong G&Ts

I am safely back in the UK. You could tell because the sun shines on the righteous. Lovely

warm day today.

Simbas, I hope you get away soon.

Just got back from Turtle Bay for a week. Visited Bogaz one day with friend

& swam there. We ate fish in lovely restaurant there & I remembered had been there in 2000 with school trip. Lovely place. After, we visited Glapsides beach near Salamis -lived there 7 months & never knew about it. Huge sandy

beach & very safe bathing. All locals, not a foreigner in sight ('cept us!)

Thanks Simbas,

I am a caring sort of guy.

I hope you and your hubby get that break. Its a real tonic.

I would have loved to take The Lady Wyn, but the handcuffs put people off on the plane, and then theres her drink bills!

Have a really lovely time now.

We have paid £1600 for 4 flights from Doncaster to Larnaca for 27th July to 10th Aug

Someone told us it would have been cheaper to do a package holiday and just not stay at the hotel!!

Worth a thought
