thanks for that - it all sounds so easily solved I am talking in particular about SOME maintenance companyies and Apartments Law



I wonder if any Advocate has a complete and direct english translation of the Apartments Law and a way us Owners can abide by that law and get maintenance companies to do so more importantly.



Some MC unaware or fail to recognise there is even such a law, let alone abide by the law

Good answers regarding memorandums and mortgages being taken out on properties under contract. There has been lots of differing advice on this subject so it was good to hear of a case which has set a precedent.People will now know more about where they stand.
