Hi wanderer, We had the same problem, had put the external drip pipe into a 5 litre bottle to keep the water, great for windscreen washers, no smearing When the end of the pipe is submerged it causes unit to start dripping. Air needs to frow back up drip pipe for it to work properly. Empty bottle, cut pipe shorter or make a small hole in pipe where it won't leak, That should do the trick. If not, sounds like you've got a blockage in the unit drip tray or pipe. Good luck. Navek

Your unit is icing-up as it is low on gas and when you turn it off it defrosts. Because the drain is blocked it overflows out of the unit instead of going down the drain. When were the units last cleaned/serviced?

We can service your a/c. I assume it is R22 gas, in which case our charge for servicing is 45TL per unit, minimum 2 units, plus gas. Gas will probably be about another 25TL per unit, if they need it. please contact me on: vaughan@sunnycyprus.net
