| HI, Can anyone please advise on an MOT.
Are certain authorised garages like Erdener in Karakum able to do the actual MOT?
Or, are they just "agenting" and taking the documentation / vehicle to the tax office / Police garage for you?
I ask because having read several previous posts there seems to be conflicting information.

| MOT/MUAYENE is done at police station.Get your emition test done at local garage/petrol station and go to police station in Girne.Coming from Lefkosa roundabout in to girne,it is by first starling to turn left,sign posted as well.Lokk for a sign "ARAC MUAYENE". |

Surely you have to go to the tax office first to pay and once you have your paperwork then you proceed to the Police Station?

| Thats right tax office first i asked on monday and was told the test is 100ytl. |

| Just taken my car to Erdener garage for pre mot check they took it to the tax office and police station for me and did the lot and charged me 30 ytl. And yes it passed. What a good service. |
