I noticed today that Turkey voted against sanctions being placed on Iran, along with Brazil.Are they harbouring thoughts,perhaps of being the super power of the middle east,

Believe me it is a done deal, Turkey will not become a member of the EU as it has been cuddling (I love that word) up to the Middle East and Russia for some time now.

Totally agree mess 4.They (Turkey) have been messed about and given broken promises since the fifties.Now is the time to move on, and close the door on the E.U.

To me this has been obvious for some time.



Turkey are just backing the odds with EU. With all the oil and gas lines running through Turkey who is the main power!!

turkey ,hold all the aces , the eu is collapsing ,why would they want to join a failled economy , commit to the euro , back up greek economy , i dont think so ? what would they gain , nothing ?
