hi aslan , i know the bogaz hotel organises them as does most of the hotels i would imagine , sorry i cant help you more than that , as i have never gone looking for them { the high seas petrifies me } hope it helps a little

Go to Bogaz harbour and ask there. Avoid Morinas as the Crew/Skipper enjoy a drink.

Best to ask a local for advice (at the Harbour!!), rather than a tourist.
