But Mrs Groucho made a donation... yeah I know she's bonkers but she just happened to have some money stuck in PayPal... and guess what transpired? Yep, absolutely nothing... no thank you, no inclusion in the donor list and no increase in the count of donors....

Possibly, it would have been better to have not set a target number of people, but a target amount of money that was needed. It is probably going to have to be an ongoing situation to keep up with hosting costs and new firewalls etc. I do not think it would be unreasonable for Izzet to hope the donations continue, as his costs will be continuing as well.

They are still taking donations because I left mine at Pacific car rentals on Monday and the receptionist rang Izzet to confirm she should take it. I did put a note in the envelope asking for confirmation and left my email address. Now wondering if I will get a reply?
