Hi Guys,

I to am an oil worker, and signed for a villa of plan in the Esentepe area in jan 2005, as an investment, managed to get out there to see it completed and furnished in Dec 2006, bought as a rental investment, i am really happy with what i got for less than 2 up 2 down in the UK.

I am now currently looking to buy an apartment, and have some developments in mind.

I believe its a good pension fund.

i think you have had a bit of stick lately but it seems to me you have found where you want to be, good look to you, everybody has there there own ideas on where they want to be, we are taking a gamble on guzelyurt but it seems right for us . only time will tell,( but we will have our own beach?) oh and bar and restaurant so they say. if you get time pop down and have a look for myself and big d. information seems a bit thin on the ground.

Hi gazza, sorry ive not got back to u sooner as ive been travelling. i work 4 and 4 on a drillship for dolphin drilling. i couldnt go back to 2 and 2 in the North Sea i prefare international now. Im not to sure were in TRNC i want to buy, but i will be looking all over and ive now added aphrodite at guzelyurt to the list. im away on Tuesday to have a look around and when i get back ill post a comment but im not a gullable person so it wont be all rosey as they say.
