Does anyone know if Greenium is open for cartridge refills?



If so what are the opening hours?

There is a phone number for Rae on the door of the Greenium shop. He lives in Karacum and does refills from home. I understand that the Bookshop in Ozankoy may be used as a drop off/pick up point for cartridges.
