| Summer Tai Chi Chuan classes will start on 22nd June at the LA Hotel in Lapta.
Non competitive and hopefully enjoyable practice sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Saturdays between 08:00 a.m and 09:00 a.m.
This ancient Chinese exercise will help you to become more relaxed, manage stress, fight fatigue and help you control your body.
Participation fee is 120TL per month.
For those unacquainted with Tai-Chi, the first trial lesson is FREE!

| This is supposed to be a great stress reliever so if you have the time join in plus you will meet new people.
