We have recently received details of the management company's packages and are a bit confused by them particularly in relation to letting. I e-mailed asking if it was necessary to take the basic package (circa £45) plus the letting package (£50) and then pay 20-30% of rental income as this seemed very expensive. The reply was not completely clear and seemed to indicate that we could take the basic package which was highly recommended and cherry pick from the second package - does anyone have a better understanding of the management services.
