Which vitamins are best?

Sorry to bring an old subject up, but could someone please tell me which vitamins are best to ward off the mossies. My wife always gets bitten to bits and we just cannot remember the advise someone gave last year. We are really looking forward to our holiday but it would be great if she didn't get bitten quite as much this time.

Vitimin B Complex is what you need but use with a good spray at night like "Jungle Formula"

Vitamin B1 capsules are best as tablets have a really horrid taste.It does work , I use in conjunction with Avon skin so soft

Does the Avon Skin So Soft help the tablets slip down?

We bought the skin so soft last year and it didn't work. She doesnt drink beer and can't stand marmite so they are out. Will buy the Vitamin B1 capsules and someone suggested spraying with the lemon cologne that you can buy over there. See what happens this year. Thanks for all the help.
