You may feel that the UN are peace keepers but many feel they are no more than observers. The UN were there most of the 1960's and yet look at what happened to the TC's and GC's that got in the way of enosis. The island has lived in peace since the intervention. Thats the real test of peace.

you say turkey are oppresing the turkish cypriots u are mistaken they liberated tc's and the reason u think they are not having a life is again because of the greek cypriots placing embargos on them not cos of turkey and even if in your mind it is because of turkey why are they taking it out on turkish cypritos like what u said we are all cypriots????

u.n peace keepers dont make me laugh they do a lot of keeping but not of the peace kind!!!! their motto like many of the big gun dodgy organisations is divide and rule and look after themselves

at the end of the day i dont really care (not trying to sound rude) where u live north/south/east/west you should learn a bit about history and what that day holds for all turkish cypriots, you dont hear me critasing on about the queens jubilee saying the woman is no more diffarent to any other barbarian taking over countries far and wide and colonalising this countries and putting missionaries in these places teaching them about jesus who was a arab who had blond and blue eyes

I can assure that Pt Pike is a far more intelligent person than this susanne person.



He/she is just someone who has come on here because he/she has nothing else to do with there time. One thing for sure they have no idea about how ex-UK residents feel about the Cyprus situation and is trying to play on the fact that he/she thinks we are thick!!
