| Refreeze Lamb? I bought some Kuzu Shish for the BBQ the other day and had to freeze it, Now I have defrosted it but its still to windy for a BBQ (live next to a revine and worried about cinders). I may make a curry from it yet but just wondered? |

| Yes message 2 is right, cook to re-freeze, but don't re-freeze after it has been defrosted, unless it has been cooked. |
