I have noticed that you are quick to complain, but as usual with a lot of people you don't bother to put a positive post when things are going right.



Lets have a balanced view, I know things don't always go right with Dopi, but please give overall view of the service which I still find good value.

listen pal I have been with Dopi for a long time, I've stuck with them through all their problems and as stated not only defended them but also sent them a lot of customers.



Those customers are giving me gip and I can't blame them.



So get off that high horse and accept that sometimes complaints are justified.

Dopi came on for the last 5 min of the match having been scramble through out the match on and off .

It has been scrambled channels for the last few days its not good enough like a fool i paid another years subscription last month. (GET IT SORTED OUT.)

I can't say how bad dopi was because I am not there to watch it but the channels have been getting chopped every day where I am, not to the point of losing 45 minutes but we have reached the point of watching the lesser used foreogn language channels of poorer quality for some games. As dopi is I think a re-broadcasting system it would make sense that signals could be weakened to the point of being unwatchable.

If I am completely wrong then I apologise, just thought I would try to break into the dispute.

As suggested by Edmund in message 22, I would suggest you all read a similar very interesting thread about Dopi TV on another BB & maybe question who exactly chubbydad is & his timing when posting this month?

I have been following this topic with interest & like wise on another BB. Thankfully on the other BB, MM and Iceman were able to address the issues raised by AJ and others with Iceman asking outright what business links AJ had with Dopi. If AJ does have links with Dopi then it explains the frequent closure of such threads on here. I think AJ should address the queries on the other BB.

Sorry for the interruption today on Dopi; there had been a problem today during the day sometimes and during 60th and 85th minutes of match on some channels.



The EU Based satellite company which we are receiving service has been informed about the freezing problem today; and they have informed us late in the day that they are working to fix it; Which we hope and believe its sorted out.

For me not to be able to come online, and the freezing problem today are different things. I just couldnt have time to check this page as Dopi is not only a satellite service, also this board is not my customer service page. All customers calling today or coming to our office always answered. I'm trying to be informative, as much as i can, as much as i have time.

AJ is a customer of our company, and he is more than welcome to our office, to have a coffee and chat to have latest upgrades, like all our other customers. Other than this he has no links to our company. You or anybody else accusing AJ and Dopi, please prove it or stop smearing.

Got card sharing with a non cypriot company was able to watch both games on at least 10 HD channels only thing that affects the service is the internet which is about as inconsistent as England

We were watching on local TRNC terrestrial TV. No freezing as such. Just the poor quality caused by atmospherics in the summer here.
