Tomorrow morning at 10am on Radio Bayrak (87.8 & 105FM) I will be playing tribute to the massive talent that was Michael Jackson. Think what you like about him as a person, but I suspect that it will be a long time before anyone else will have such a major impact on the music industry. The playlist was selected by my wife and is :- I Want You Back, I'll Be There (Jackson 5), Show You The Way To Go (Jacksons), She's Out Of My Life, Billy Jean, I Just Can't Stop Loving You, The Way You Make Me Feel, Man In The Mirror, Smooth Criminal, Remember The Time, Give It To Me, Will You Be There and Gone Too Soon (All Michael Jackson). I hope that you can tune in, and if you have any personal favourites I can include on future shows. Keep The Faith, Max

Once you hear Grup Yorum and ulaşır sana, and the beautiful voice of Efkan Şeşen and the other 20 or so singers, no other music matters.

Yfred I have no doubt (cannot access youtube in TRNC) that Grup Yorum & Ulasir Sana are really good. Different individual tastes is what makes music so magical. But, you can't deny that the 750 million people that bought Michael Jackson CD's/Albums were wrong! For all round contribution to music ( live performance, recording and composing) was right at the top. Only Elvis & The Beatles have sold more & scored more number one hits over the WHOLE world. Keep the faith Max.......

Of course not, till he tried to change his looks, he was the best singer and dancer in the universe, but since the Thriller album, he has been sliding to down with each album.

So I am afraid I stopped being a fan since then, but I agree we all have a taste, some better then others.

Are you sure there is no You Tube in TRNC? Has it changed recently? I was certain it had been available before.

Sorry, I should have asked, does Bayrak play Yorum music? Cause Sim FM does.
