Great news Rowlo,

I actually have my PTP but wait for it.........the builder has 'encumbrances' and this was found out only after I paid my Stamp Duty almost 2 years ago!!

Hope you get your deeds soon and can have peace of mind on that front!!

I just got mine through and has taken less than two years . !! But they cannot give me my deeds because the whole site has been bundled into one . So we have to wait for everybody else to get theirs !! Doh !!.

We also got ours this week. For us it's another tick along the way as we still have to wait for our site to be parcelised so that we can get our deeds. It's a small thing but its nice to say we have it now. We applied June 2008. I sent a email to Naomi Mehmets last week to check and got one back by return all done and sorted.

why are you over the moon? might not mean anything in the long run... to me its a temporary paper exercise isnt it?...if I was you I would land on terra firma and wait for more important international decsions then we may all be over the moon or something else....

Pleased you have your PTP. I received mine 2 years ago but my villa is still a shell with no windows and has been for the past 5 years whilst the landowner and builder have fallen out and have been arguing between themselves in the Courts for the last 4 years. We have been waiting for their appeal case to be heard since last October and then we will finally know who owns the land. Meanwhile the builder has pocketed all the money, around £2.5 million.
