Having had problems all week, i called them this morning, they have dealt with the problem within 1 hour, well done nethouse.

I should also add that they came out to the house and checked everything was ok...

Navek the numbers are 0392 444 0555, once connected pree 9 for english speaking operators.

Yes I too had some problems with my connection speed and sure enough Nethouse promptly sent out an engineer to fix them.



Problem was the ladder he used to access the roof fell off the balcony and onto my car.........what happened next?



I got the "cyprus shrug" and was told it wasn't their fault, it was the wind that was to blame!!! A call to the manager got the same response, I guess they have too many customers these days.



Aren't they wonderful.................
