Back in court on 10:00AM GIRNE COURT WEDNESDAY 30TH JUNE - ALL WELCOME

Time to stand up & be counted there is a posting about this on, http://www.hbpg-trnc.net/diary.html please help to change things for all of us by being there.

This is a very IMPORTANT DAY as we will see what if any challenge the prosocution will bring to the 4 points of law this is very important as it will give any builder the right to use this case as an example against anyone that owes money to a builder to be accused of theft for materials left on site just to force them into paying for an unfinished build.

THINGS WILL ONLY CHANGE IF WE ALL DO SOMETHING. STICK TOGETHER NUMBERS COUNT

Wish I could be there, really wanted to see how the prosecutor gets out of this one. In reallity he should be withdrawing case but we all know that will not happen

I can't be there in person but in spirit I will be supporting Geoff and Mary on Wednesday.

I just hope that this case will be exposed as the sham that it is.

Just in case Mary & Geoff lose and a precedent is set that if a builder without your permission leaves goods on your property then this means you have stolen them, I cleared out all the old rusty nails mine left behind. I am considering cleaning the paint splashes off the terrace as well just in case. Surely the law is not an ass!

First few times we went in shorts and t-shirts no problem nor a bottle of water. Gradually as the weeks have passed each has been stopped. Make you own mind up!??

If I can get out of work I shall definately be there guys. Sorry haven't been able to make it before. But you know the 3 of us are well behind you and hope that justice does prevail in this ludicrous case. I mean how can you possibly steel something that has been left on your property by the careless builder and his herd of cowboys!!!! It just doesn't make any sense!!!



Come on guys, lets support this wonderfull couple who have done nothing but try to help those less fortunate!!

See you there, come on folks, show your support. Should the court find in favour of the builder, despite the FACT that all "Evidence" has been proven wrong, this opens the precedent for ANY builder to lay false claim, leaving YOU to prove your innocence.

PLEASE go along and fill those seats. Last week solicitors were coming in and looking through the door they could not believe we ahd 2 full rows!!
