I imagine he's stuck at Ercan airport trying to get a CTA flight, complaining about whoever is responsible for this mess

As up to date as it gets (our phone number there is over three years out of date)

It is not an 0870 number but 0871 855 2925

You could also try this other link, from the TRNC Public Information Office website (www.trncpio.org), for the TRNC MINISTRY OF TOURISM, ENVIRONMENT AND CULTURE:

Carlsberg? ... probably a bit like Ryanair who also don't have a complaints department ... online or whatever .. to my knowledge .....

John, if you want the ministry for tourism, their offices are behind the mosque in central Nicosia .... past the shop on the corner, towards the Lusignan house and next right ....

Just for curiosity, what do you want to ask ... please feel free to drop me a line. I can get you a number but need to know who you want to speak to and therefore put you in touch with the correct person. They all speak good English in there so you can email or call.
