| Subscription to Playboy came to mind first (tee hee) but how about a beautiful family photograph album with everyone you can find (family wise in it) and information pertaining to each one? |

| On a serious note I would think the answer would depend on where you are and what facilities are available. My granddad was a navigator on the Lancaster's in WW2 as a result he became a POW for most of the war and during that time he learnt a lot of German and always wanted to go to Germany to practice his German and see the country he had spent a lot of time in. So for his 85th birthday, I took him to Germany for 2 weeks, we even ended up visiting Belsen of all places, which I hadn't planned but he saw it advertised and wanted to go! This was such an eye opener of a trip for me and the stories he told were amazing, I really do not know how he (or anyone) survived what he did and I was so honoured and proud to be spending this valuable time with him. Sadly he has passed away now but he never stopped talking about 'our trip' and I have so many fond memories of it. I guess what I am trying to say, sometimes you just have to find something that relates to the person you are buying |
