The detention of Radovan Karadzic is being seen by global governments as a step forward and reminder to other evil dictators that international law will catch up with them, the man arrested is a minow compared to some of the evil bastards listed below, yet for some reason the UK, US and European governments are happy to turn a blind eye to the genocide and other atrocities commited by these people and their hench men, how can we live in a civilised world when our so called demorcratically elected governments can be so ignorant of the fate of its brothers and sisters living in perpetual hell.



"better the devil you know" is a phrase that we hear so many times, the devils listed have been known for far to long and need to be punished for their actions.
