I am with Extend - I have 512 ADSL but would like to upgrade to 1 mb - do I have to wait till the end of my present contract or can I upgrade now and if so how much will it be?

wouldnt touch them with a barge pole. so many problems was paying for 2mb never got it. fluctuated between 1/2mb - 1mb. when i rang it was a holding system would be on there for 15mins holding. when i got through excuses excuses excuses. i was with them for 4 years enough was enough.

EXTEND - I agree enough is enough. I am supposed to have a 1mb wireless connection. Joke, it times out often with no internet access for 10 mins or more. I am lucky if I only have to wait 1 min for a page to load, never mind downloading which is incredibly slow. Skype is cr*p, why did I pay a year up front. Help desk is cr*p telephone holding system, till you run out of credit and throw the phone at the wall. Absolutely disgusting service.

i had 2mb with extend for nearly 1 year. what a load of crap.



never once did i get the speed i was paying for,countless calls to them and countless times said they would look into it.

Left and went with nethouse in the end.



now im happy as pig in sh-t

Go to Nethouse. I have a 1mb connection and everything works fine. Pages download quickly and skype is brilliant.

everymonth i pay every month loose days being cut off.

speed is rubbish



i just cant be arsed to move although nethouse is calling me to them as i only hear good reports

what a lot of you dont realise is that you only need 0.5mb for just internet. i wanted 2mb to stream british tv never got it though.hence realised wasnt getting what i paid for. go onto speedchecker.co.uk and check what your getting

Extend have a excellent promotion running at the moment pay 3mths get 1mth free pay, pay 6 mths get 2 mths free, pay 9 mth 3 mths free and 12mth 4 mths free.



Wirless 512kb is 75TL / 1mb 89TL a month you can pay montly if you like and freeze your account if you are not here.



If you have phone line ADSL 512kb 24TL /1MB 47TL



Extend has now merged this year and is under new management and has a new english speaking service desk to help British and English speaking tourist - if you email me or post your email address i will send our price list etc

This isn't actually a promotion as last year 512k was 660 TL for the year, if you work the offer out you are paying 675TL for the year for the same service.

Last year was a sales promotion because of the start up of the 3G service using Dongles.

The company keeps changing but the prices still go up. I have been with them since they started as Ayza Net, apart from prices I can't really fault them

Hello all, first post and l have been in TRNC for almost 7 years watching from the sidelines. Nethouse have been running professional wireless internet company since 2005, (anyone correct me if I am wrong) having started with 2 very large internet cafes in Lefkosa and famagusta. I started the service I have with them in 2006. I have a 1 MB connection and apart from the usual problems now and again usually caused by TTnet in Turkey, the service is excellent.
