just recieved letter from bos mastercard not refunding flight money for 23rd june from manchester to ercan they say will have to take it up with atlasjet because cta not operating as before so will have to chase jet on monday

They do not have a get-out unless the value was less than £100... their first stance is always to say 'no' but you go back and quote their joint liability under this section...

I agree, we had a few problems when Exel went to the wall. They will try it on at first. But they did pay out
