I think these are both owned by Cyprus Paradise and are adult only Hotels. The Residence is the smaller of the two.

Bellapais Gardens also, I think may be classed as boutique. Fabulous views and restaurant. Never stayed there but, the restaurant is first class.

And Bella View below Bellapais is another lovely Boutique Hotel with a pool deck that is larger than the two you mention. Great staff too!

The Abbey Inn and The Residence are part of the Savoy Group (includes Pine Bay Club too).

Didn't know they had changed hands. We stopped at The Abbey Inn when it was Huzur Agac Hotel, and Cyprus Paradise bought it and changed the name. Must admit it was about ten years ago, but it was a very nice small Hotel right in the heart of Bellapais

residence and the abbey have swimmingpools as big as a bath plus hard to park there plus noisy a bus load of tourist every other day





i would go to bellapias gardens or belle veiw you wont regret it choice is yours even the bellapais monastery

I didn't know there were 2 boutique hotels in Bellapais but the Bella View, which is on the main Bellapais hill on the left side nest to the football ground and the Bellapais Monastry Village Hotel, is a boutique hotel.

The ONLY official 'Boutique hotel' in Bellapais, is the Bella View.

Other hotels include the Bellapais Monastery Village,The Abbey inn, Bellapais Gardens and the Residence
