It is in Turkish,but what it basicaly says is that,they had paid £675000 and £75000 is towards the court cost+it is not all of it yet.

looks as if they want it demolished if the last paragraph has translated correctly so more back to court

Will the judge realise that this is a veracious and malicious action I doubt it !

What's happened about their claim for an unfair initial trial

The heading of this thread is misleading. It says that according to Politis newspaper based on the announcement of the lawyer of Apostoledis, 675,000 pounds has been paid into the account of Apostolides by Orams towards the cost of the compensation which is not all and 75 pounds for the costs. furthermore, his lawyer is looking into the fact that the villa has not been demolished yet and thus thge disobidience of the court order (of ROC) continues for furtherr possible action.

My comment: the kangaroo court in ROC ordered Orams to pay compensation toApostolides for loss of use of the land for so long plus ordered Orams to demolish the villa and hand back the land as they found it. Of course a lot of water has past under the bridge since that decision like the consecutive ECHR decisions which made Orams decisionb a hollow victory.

It is a shame ECHR decesion did not come before Orams case,though like you say Ismet abi,it makes the decesion of Orams case POINTLESS.



As for demolishing the house,thats downt to TRNC courts not kangaroo as you nicely put it Ismet abi.
