Newlad I was in Krackow in January and there were smoking rooms areas in most bars and restaurants

They are part of the EU and have a common sense approach to assisting addicts

It probably wouldn't be allowed in UK but we were shocked that in Spain it is really hard to find a non smoking restaurant or bar.



Obviously the law (if there is one there) does not apply in Spain.
