| I have power of attorney for a friend who lives in England. I now wish to hand the power of attorney to another person. The lady in England does not have a problem with this. Can I sign over the power of attorney to the third person? if so can this be done in a Notary office. |

| I am no legal eagle but I would imagine the only person who could hand over POA would be the giver of the POA otherwise how would anybody know that it was the wish of that person. Re-reading that it sounds like gobbledygook but hopefully you know what I mean. |
